\u201cM\u00e9xico de Mis Sabores\u201d, uno de los principales encuentros gastron\u00f3micos del pa\u00eds que se realiza en Campo Marte, en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, donde promueve la riqueza de su cocina tradicional como uno de los grandes atractivos tur\u00edsticos y culturales del estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Turismo del Estado inform\u00f3 que esta participaci\u00f3n forma parte de la pol\u00edtica de promoci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica impulsada por la gobernadora Evelyn Salgado Pineda para proyectar al Hogar del Sol en escenarios nacionales e internacionales, fortaleciendo la difusi\u00f3n de la identidad, la cultura y la gastronom\u00eda guerrerense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En representaci\u00f3n de la dependencia, la directora de Turismo Social, Catalina Funes, asisti\u00f3 a la ceremonia inaugural y al corte de list\u00f3n del festival, encabezados por la subsecretaria de Turismo del Gobierno de M\u00e9xico, Nathalie Desplas Puel, en representaci\u00f3n de la secretaria de Turismo federal, Josefina Rodr\u00edguez Zamora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De manera paralela, en este espacio tambi\u00e9n se desarrolla el Festival Itacate, que re\u00fane a cocineras y cocineros tradicionales, productores y representantes de diversas entidades del pa\u00eds para compartir la diversidad culinaria de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En representaci\u00f3n del Hogar del Sol participan las cocineras y cocineros tradicionales Luzmy G\u00f3mez, originaria de Tixtla, as\u00ed como Ernestina Ramos y Francisco Hern\u00e1ndez Ramos, de Taxco, quienes comparten con las y los asistentes la riqueza de la cocina tradicional guerrerense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta el 19 de julio, las y los visitantes podr\u00e1n disfrutar de una amplia muestra gastron\u00f3mica con platillos emblem\u00e1ticos como el pozole verde y blanco, especialidades elaboradas con hongos silvestres, chilate, mezcal y otros sabores que distinguen la tradici\u00f3n culinaria de Guerrero, consolidando
