class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u270d\ufe0f Jes\u00fas Hern\u00e1ndez<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La diputada Luissana Ramos Pineda present\u00f3 una iniciativa para modificar la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo del Estado de Guerrero, con el fin de garantizar una integraci\u00f3n paritaria en la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica (JUCOPO), un \u00f3rgano clave en la toma de decisiones del Congreso local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La propuesta, turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de Estudios Constitucionales y Jur\u00eddicos, busca equilibrar la representaci\u00f3n de mujeres y hombres en este espacio de poder, siguiendo el precedente de la paridad ya establecida en la Mesa Directiva desde la reforma de 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la presentaci\u00f3n, la legisladora enfatiz\u00f3 las brechas de g\u00e9nero que persisten en el empoderamiento pol\u00edtico y la participaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de las mujeres. &#8220;A\u00fan enfrentamos pr\u00e1cticas discriminatorias, estereotipos y patrones de desigualdad que limitan nuestra plena participaci\u00f3n en la vida pol\u00edtica&#8221;, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Ramos Pineda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que la JUCOPO, responsable de construir acuerdos, definir la agenda legislativa y orientar la conducci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica del Congreso, debe reflejar una representaci\u00f3n equilibrada. &#8220;La paridad no es una recomendaci\u00f3n, es una obligaci\u00f3n constitucional y un derecho pol\u00edtico de las mujeres, sin color partidista&#8221;, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa propone reformas espec\u00edficas al art\u00edculo 146 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica, con el objetivo de fortalecer la igualdad en todos los espacios de representaci\u00f3n
