Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se trata de un ajuste t\u00e9cnico y legislativo que busca garantizar la coherencia y precisi\u00f3n del marco jur\u00eddico que rige a la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, como instituci\u00f3n clave en la procuraci\u00f3n de justicia en Guerrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subray\u00f3 que la iniciativa no modifica atribuciones ni competencias, sino que corrige el orden de los preceptos constitucionales citados en la ley vigente, ya que la redacci\u00f3n actual del art\u00edculo 25 presenta una alteraci\u00f3n en la referencia a los art\u00edculos aplicables al procedimiento de nombramiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello, destac\u00f3 la importancia de la modificaci\u00f3n, que propone citar de manera correcta y en el orden correspondiente los art\u00edculos 142, numeral 10, y 61, fracci\u00f3n XLIV, tal como se establece en el texto constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de Justicia para su an\u00e1lisis y
